The sliding doors were packed very nicely and after unboxing and inspection there were no missing parts. We used silicone caulk that is clear when we installed the brackets .These doors are framed in black with clear glass. We have nice handles you can hang towels. The quality is really good for the price point! We decided to find the glass that worked and then build our shower around the size of the door. We did have some broken parts arrive and Wayfair handled it very well and took care of us. Happy with the final result. I used AI agent to confirm the dimensions would work in my space, and even so, the sliding door was not going to fit. Made it work without the sliding door (see photos). The doors are beautiful but a little hard to slide- may be because they are new. Towel bars are very close to the glass - a towel will hang on them but it is a little tight to get it behind the rod. Directions were very difficult and QR code was a silent video, not in a real bathroom. It seemed that the door was not reversible so it cant be opened closest to the shower head. (The only reason for a 4-star rating is due to the plastic hose and handwand. All other aspects are a strong 5-star!) The handheld shower unit came with a plastic hose, which I immediately replaced. I am sure the plastic one would have worked well, but the metal replacement looks much better and will last longer. Update on previous review: We have enjoyed this shower system for 3 months and it has been amazing! The water pressure and flow is excellent - much better than expected. The upper head has 2 settings: rain and typical spray. The rain setting is very soothing and soft. The typical spray setting provides a lot of water at great pressure. As noted above I replaced the plastic hose with stainless steel hose. That has worked well. In addition, I actually replaced the hand wand with a Moen unit and prefer it over the one that came standard. (The Moen unit has additional spray settings that the standard unit lacked) The controls on the system are excellent, allowing temperature control on one stalk and water distribution on the other. I really like the ability to set temperature independent of the "on/off" valve. I also love the surface mounted aspect of the system. Not only is it attactive, but this design will make servicing it much easier should an issue arise. Our plumbers commented on the quality of the unit and how easy it was to install.
