Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. The chainsaw arrived in a well packaged container on time. It's a gift so it hasn't been used yet It arrived unassembled which I like. The new owner can put it together and have a good idea of what maintenance requirements means piece by piece. It will be put to good use and I will send another review once it is in action.
