Hasn't been in use yet, but a bunch of water in a large tub is the same anywhere. This review is for the product. Its sturdy, and seems constructed well. However, some dimensions and details are inaccurate. The center of the drain is 16" from where the edge would meet the wall/studs. The tub isn't 130 lbs (that might be shipping weight). My wife and I carried it up a flight of stairs, so I would estimate ~80 lbs. Once installed it will be 21" tall, at tub edge, with the top of the tile flange at 22". The skirt is NOT removable. The tub is just one molded unit. It requires a bed of mortar as the base (this is not mentioned on Wayfair, unless you download and read the assembly doc), and that isn't optional unless you want to hear the sound of cracking acrylic. Don't let your installer skimp on that. But now that ours is set in place, leveled, and the mortar has dried, stepping into it feels like walking on a concrete patio. Its solid.. Dan.
