Ensure you read the manual prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, due to design, the max window depth is 11", we initially tried to install on a 12" depth, and that did not work, as the clamps got in the way... So far this air conditioning unit has been great. We just started experiencing a hot spell and we are using this in a small workshop to control the temperature.
