This table is pretty and good quality considering the price. It's sturdy and I'm confident will last a long time. I was, however, disappointed to see the top is not one solid piece, but rather, 2 long pieces screwed together. I looked, I thought, very closely at the description and pictures, but that detail was not obvious. Looking back, I see there is one picture that shows it, but most of the pictures blend the seam on the table (at least for the honey oak color). Having a solid table was something I specifically wanted which makes this a big disappointment for me. These chairs are compact but sturdy. I love the Mid Century Modern look to them. Unboxing was a bit frustrating—the Styrofoam crumbled everywhere, creating quite a mess, and the screws were taped to it, which made cleanup even more difficult when removing them. During assembly, pieces F and G (the lower cross bracing) were especially tricky to align, and many of the screws didn’t line up easily with the predrilled holes. Step 10 was particularly challenging, as there were no predrilled holes for those screws, making installation much harder than expected.
