And there are no instructions for setting up other than the spigots. It seems like it is designed to just sit anywhere and gather rain, which would take forever. There are two round cut outs near the top at the back of the rain barrel and I assume that’s for venting air as the barrel fills as well as when water is dispensed. Or I suppose it could be for overflow There was no diagram of the rain barrel explaining all the nuances. It’s a perfect fit, no leaks, and excellent pressure. I’m still giving it 5 stars because I got my barrel when it was marked down. The sale price the new spigot was still cheaper than the regular price d barrel. I bought this barrel and the diverter kit separately. Works best when you convert the top to a planter . This barrel is sturdy and was compatible with the eco station diverter kit. I bought 2 , and curiously enough one barrel came with 2 brass spigots and the other came with just one plastic spigot … plastic spigot does not look sturdy.. also the spigot cut out is low so you may want to elevate barrel for sufficient pressure, although you could cut your own hole and insert a spigot.
