This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. I can feel the difference within 15-20 minutes of turning it on. It easily handles my 400 sq ft room and keeps the temperature comfortable all night. The unit is surprisingly quiet on the lower fan settings, which is perfect for sleeping. The remote control is convenient and the dehumidifier function really helps reduce the sticky humidity.
