This LG portable AC has honestly been a lifesaver during the heat. It cools my room quickly, keeps the temperature comfortable for hours, and runs much quieter than I expected. This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas. Other reviewers are correct when saying the temperature dial needs to be set above the needed temp to get a correct preheat. Remedy with a hanging oven thermometer. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery.
