Overall pretty happy with this sink and the included accessories/system. Had an issue with one of the accessories but Ruvati remedied it quickly so very pleased with the brand. We do feel like the bottom of the sink could use a little more slope towards the drain- water tends to sit a bit around the front and sides and ultimately leads to the sink needing to be cleaned frequently (especially if some family members are better than others at rinsing the sink after use ;). Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. Ordered it for my kitchen renovation. Looks like a good quality sink. I find the 27” size very convenient - it’s not too big and not to small. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. I really wanted to love this sink, however the sink itself is nice but the drain system has given my installer fits for many hours as there always seems to be a leak around the drain components.
