So impressed. Delivered to our door. Parts are extremely well packaged. Instructions are clear and concise. All parts are wrapped and each part is labeled and instructions even tell you which part is in each box. To top it off there is even a video to walk you through the process. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help. did not install yet. Feels high quality. Update (02/25/2026): I installed the sink and discovered that it is warped and does not sit flat on the countertop. Unfortunately, this issue became apparent only after the sink had already been glued into the solid surface. I contacted the manufacturer, and their recommendation was to remove the sink and attempt to reshape it by hammering it back into form. This is not a reasonable solution, as it would likely void the warranty and risks further damage. My request is for a replacement unit, as the existing cutout was made precisely for this model. While I like the design, the fact that it warped so easily raises concerns about overall product quality. Additionally, the video provided by the manufacturer showing a sink being hammered did not convincingly demonstrate that the issue could be resolved, as the sink still did not appear to sit flat afterward.
