We used these stairs to access a 5th-wheel RV, and they are exactly the right size for what we needed. They came well packaged and were easy to assemble; however, I definitely think it was a two-person job. One issue (not the fault of the product) is that the handrail interfered with where our mounted RV hand rail opened, so we had to create a work around, so you might consider that if using these for an RV. Also, although the steps have a raised texture, I wouldn't exactly call them nonslip. Our dog had a very hard time with them until we added outdoor carpet (carpet squares that we cut and mounted with adhesive tape). Overall, they are study and seem to be built to last a long time.. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. This is just what I hoped it would be - a solid rubber-like material to handle the 1.25-inch lip leading from my driveway into my garage. Warning: measure twice. I came up just a few inches short and needed a second order to get 100% coverage across the garage entrance. Why is this important - without 100% coverage, there would be a gap under the garage door where insects/vermin could enter. Also, if your garage door were to come down on this ramp, your automatic garage door opener's setting may cause the door to not close, but come back up, believing it hit an obstruction - so make sure you have the capacity and instructions available to adjust those settings.
