This is a nice set of stools. Even though they are solid wood, they seem a little light weight. They sit at a nice height for use at a countertop or kitchen island. The seat portion is nice and wide. The seat is comfortable except if you’re wearing shorts because the banana leaf rush seat is a little rough in the skin. I only gave them four stars because one of the holes for the leg bolts didn’t accept the bolt very well and my husband and I had to really struggle with it which was frustrating. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
