This rug is beautiful, and so soft! It looses a star because the frayed edges have threads pulling out, and I worry about its reliability over time with kids and pets. It’s also a lot lighter than pictured. I was expecting more color but it’s pretty light. It’s beautiful! I am glad I got it on sale though, as I don’t think it’s worth over 1k in the 9x12 size.. Stunning, it’s stunning. We ordered the 6x9 size for our dining room and I can’t stop looking at it. It’s a soft, good quality rug for an incredible price. The colors are a mix of black and brown/beige giving it a golden look. There are some red accents but it does not detract from the primary colors. If anything it enhances them.
