Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Also a minor annoyance is the knobs slide easy on the shaft. The oven and the other 4 burns are fine, if not for the center burner issue the stove would be rated a 5 star. Rah10. Erie , PA. Purchased this to protect my Allia 34" kitchen sink. It's a must-have if you spend the money on a real fireclay kitchen sink. They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really enjoying the Samsung Bespoke Slide-in Range so far. The no-preheat air frying feature is a huge time saver, and the two larger front burners make cooking with bigger pots and pans incredibly convenient. It feels thoughtfully designed for people who cook often. One of my favorite features is the bread proofing mode — it works amazingly well for fermentation and even yogurt making. That said, I do wish the oven light had an auto shut-off timer after a few minutes, as that would have been a helpful addition. I also have used heavy cast iron pans and hexclad cookware on this stove and they have not made a scratch on the glass this shows the stovetop is pretty scratch resistant and be that way for a long time.. It is so nice to not see flames coming around my little pot. The oven is great too. The touchscreen makes setting the temperature easy as pie. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!.
