This rug is great for what we needed. We were looking for something with a decent pile but not shag. We didn't want to spend a fortune but also didn't want a cheap rug. The rug does feel cushion-ey under the feet, but we do also have a rug pad under it. I wouldn't say the material feels super soft and luxurious to touch, but it feels soft enough and comfortable enough for bare feet, or sitting on it. The rug arrived folded, in a box, and we were concerned about creasing but we rolled it up for one night, then placed it under the bed and we don't notice any creasing and the corners lay flat. It vacuums nicely and doesn't leave any vacuum lines. It's a little more black/white than we expected, and there is a touch of brown in it. The attached pic was taken on a mostly sunny day in a room with natural light, we have lots of grays and gray adjacent hues in the room, and our brown brindle dog for reference to how subtle the brown in the carpet is. Update I should have listened to recent reviews. This rug sheds and threads pull so easily I’ll be lucky if it lasts a year. Pretty color, super disappointing quality for the price. Original It’s new so I’ll update agin in 30 days but I’m super happy with this! The blue is not as teal colored as other reviews and photos indicated, but is a true navy imo. It’s soft, edge went down immediately , and it’s a nice heavy weight. I will want a new rug pad but that’s just my preference for plushness. Really hope it lasts and shedding is temporary.. Michelle. The rug consists of 100% Wool pile woven in a wonderful Hand Woven weave. With a beautiful color/pattern combination, our only complaint is that Wade Logan® didn't make more of them.

The rug is very soft but sturdy. I really like that the design is raised from the base and more of a tan color in contrast to the rug thats a cream color - more twds a darker cream than white. The tones lean more twds browns than yellows. I bought an 8x10 and it covers a good amount of my floor, probably couldve went smaller so definitely measure. The rug unrolled pretty easily although Ive only had it a few days and have attempted to roll back the endd so that it lays flat to the floor, not site yet if I would need some tulle of carpet tape yet. Ok - this is several years down the road and wanted to update folks on this rug. Initially, we loved it. I still love the color and it is very comfortable underfoot. However, this rug sheds horribly and has stretched and shrunk in size since it is not bound. Constantly had to adjust it and the shed was constant and just a mess. We finally could not take it anymore and sent to landfill. I did not want anyone else to have to deal with what we had so didn't even consider donation! We love our new rug ! The color is perfect for our room and décor - and the quality is top notch. I wanted something that would be soft and cushioned somewhat underfoot, but not a high pile that would be hard to maintain.
