Once I took it out of the box I knew it was a good fit with what I had planned to make that day.
I made a stove top pot roast and it turned out wonderful! I seared the roast first and then added the vegetables to sauté. Added the sauce and liquid and forgot about it for 2.5 hrs and it came out so tender. I was surprised as I never made pot roast on stove top. It was so easy to work with and clean up was a breeze with soap and water and with very little scrubbing.
