This padding makes the rug feel so great when you walk on it! It is 12 “ thick, but it makes a great difference! The one downside is that it is not slide resistant. So one needs to be careful. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. I purchased for $50 and took a chance and it is the same as Cheyenne Rock Oak with just a slight lighter shade, mixed with the other floor you can’t see any difference.can you see any difference in the photo. It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear.
