I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. I had to say I was shocked to hear that from 2 different people. 1 being a total stranger, and another a family friend. Its decent. Support difficult to unroll and cut out of the plastic layers. I have a nic in the fabric now from cutting the plastic off so that's sad. The ended of the mattress lack support, so I think it's best for 1 person or 2 smaller people. If you try to sit right on the edge, it collapsed. Or if you put your entire weight through your hand, etc. I think it's a good budget mattress. Time will tell how long it lasts.. Anik. It’s incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I’ve tried, you don’t sink in so much that it’s hard to move or roll over. It feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck! A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you’ll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it’s also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout. Even with those quirks, the comfort is outstanding. If you want a mattress that’s truly soft and plush but still supportive and durable, I can’t recommend this one enough.. Maribenz_9855.
