I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 4.0 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 5 burners gas cooktop is equipped with a central double-ring dual burner with a maximum power of 25000. The induction range has 4 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3200W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. We have a gas smell the plumber has been out twice and says it is coming from the knobs. Wayfair is working with Zine and there is a one year warranty so I am certain we can resolve this.. Betsy. CO.
