It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.
