Uhg! I’m once again wishing for 3.5 stars or a 710. Yes, the Rev-A-Shelf does work and their competition is weak, so I keep buying it. I think this is number four for me in the last few years. It works but they cost so much and leave so much to be desired. The main lacking component in this piece is the absolute waste of space above the can which could easily have been a pull-out drawer. If you’re looking at other pieces, my experience says they’re most likely lacking something too. I hope a competitive company that’s actually good enters the market. For now, let me tell you, it’s probably less expensive and better quality to have something custom-made. I’m doing that for another piece in my kitchen and saving money. I just couldn’t find good cans for this one or would’ve done it too. Over time you’ll probably forget how much you spent on Rev-A-Shelf, which is probably more than twice as much as it’s already marked up retail price should be, but, if you pick it and install it correctly, it should work.. This is a a great storage shed if you have bulky stuff or things like bicycles that you would need to store. It does not weigh 5 tons, but it also feels sturdy enough for outdoor storage. What I would have improved for this unit is, you have to drill some of the holes yourself (specially those for the small screws). In essence, they don't even have a "mini-hole mark" or something that guides your drilling. You basically have to eye-ball it. Also, the holes on some of the brackets are super small and you almost have to force the screws into them.
