Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This bidet faucet is chrome, so it is shiny and nice looking. It is 1.5 GPM. The Rebris E collection is very slim and sleek, so it doesn't take up a lot of space.
