This bed is more off-white or cream rather than white, which is what I was hoping for. The boucle is nice and the headboard is thick enough so that it doesn’t look cheap. It has a very low profile and I switched out the black plastic feet for some wood ball feet I found online. This gives the bed an extra designer look and gave it 2” more in height. For the price - not bad. Easy enough to put together. It matches my other furniture. I haven’t styled the bookcase yet, but am pleased with the look. Delivery had me nervous the end of the box was open and I just knew there would be broken or missing pieces. However, there was no damage to the piece. I put this together myself in about two hours. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The most difficult step is bending the arch piece and keeping it in place while installing the cover piece. I’m sure that part would have been easier with someone helping. The cabinet is an inexpensive piece and the quality is reflective of that, but it works for what I needed. It looks just like it does online. There was about 1000 pieces to put together. My husband and I built it in about an hour and a half. Be aware that the cabinets are rounded and open out more to the side than directly forward -if you’re trying to fit it into a tight space, that could be an issue. It is a beautiful piece. The directions with the count process helped a lot. I rated a 4 / 5 because the arch was very difficult for me. I would suggest the assembly be done by two people.
