The vanity is beautiful. Very good quality. You can’t beat the real wood smell. It came pre-assembled. The only thing we needed to do was install the sinks and faucets. Ensure that your plumbing is properly set up before installing the vanity. After doing some modifications to our vanity, we were able to successfully place it where we wanted without hassle. Be aware that this double vanity does not have a back wall, so it will reveal the wall of the bathroom behind it. When placing the vanity down, all we had to do was install the counter/sink, which was easy - only had to add some silicone to the base and place down. Same story with the backsplash. This vanity is superb quality. It is made of better material than other vanities at this price range. It came prebuilt, requiring little effort to put the countertop on the vanity. The size is perfect for smaller bathrooms. Material is not particle board, which is always a benefit for a bathroom. The only caveat I have is that in the sink, the backplate below the faucet is only stuck on via adhesive, and looks out of place.
