These are the best out there. Not the cheap big box store stuff. Expensive but solid. I’ve had this handle throughout my house for 15 years. Other than a little lubricant every decade, they are still has strong and tight as when they were first installed. I just replaced a few of them that were in high use areas where the oil rubbed bronze finish had worn off a little. But that is the only issue we have faced for more than 15 years.
