this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. It is so easy to peel and paste on clean, dry, smooth, and flat surfaces the tiles are resistant to the heat of stovetops and the humidity of bathrooms. Do not use it in the shower. (note: don’t recommend putting it on the latex paint wall/brick wall/oil wall/texture wall, unfinished wall gypsum or plaster, or unpainted plywood directly). Easy to cut with a utility knife or scissors and install by anyone. Save your time and money.
