This is s gorgeous light fixture, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. the metal box base of the light was smashed in on one corner. It's actually pretty thin metal, so I was able to bend it back into pretty decent shape, and it's not very noticeable since it's so high on the ceiling. That was a frustrating start to opening it. Installation was challenging, and should have been better explained, and easier to do, but the light does look nice now that it's up. Overall, for the price, I expected the quality to feel higher end, and for the piece to be in top shape, but that wasn't the case. Beautiful light! I was hesitant at first about the gold color but I am glad I got it because it provided a beautiful contrast from our black cabinets. The canned glass are good size and nice quality. I love that it comes with a bulb already but be aware that it comes with the 2700k bulb which is the warmest.
