I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. Water on the inside of the door at the front is more handy than the inside wall of the fridge. Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch overflow or kids using it and not being as coordinated filling a cup. The pitcher version in the door would be a great improvement. The middle shelf isn’t as sturdy, would have been better as a solid shelf. The zero clearance doors are the best invention and it’s too bad not all fridge companies are not doing it. We have a wall against the left side of our fridge and now have no problem getting into our drawers to reach things now! Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out.
