Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. This product features the best of all worlds. Its great peculiarities produce the ultimate sauna experience to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. The sauna can be installed anywhere indoors, even on a carpet. The Maxxus 2 Person FAR Infrared Sauna features interior and exterior LED control panels, a built-in mp3 auxiliary jack, and two speakers.

Went together pretty easily as advertised, and we are terrible at assembling. Packaging was perfect, no damage. Looks gorgeous, works great, listening to Bluetooth tunes through ceiling speakers and light therapy is rolling. It’s exactly what we wanted. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. We ordered a seat cushion and the back rests are a must, but they need to be screwed in. The thing I don’t like is the cords above to the ceiling. I never give 5 stars but did!. Gail. MN.
