I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. We really love the size and style of the solarium. It is very sturdy and we have had no issues with opening and closing the doors. I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! Not everything was perfect and required some skill. The overall product turned out great and it is very solid. After some work, I am very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend.. Ian.
