Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using. I’m not sure why other reviews said that these were flimsy. Maybe they weren’t installed correctly. My husband did a great job installing these. We have blackouts and sheers on them. I really like how it looks. I installed the rod almost touching the ceiling and used "back tab" curtains so they go all the way up to the ceiling. I purchased the size that is adjustable from 66"-120", in the brass finish. I used it to span a 75" window. It comes with an optional center bracket that I didn't use because the rod didn't droop after I installed it. I give this 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1) there were some scratches on 2 of the round end caps because of how the product packaging is designed [it is open on part of one side of the box] so it was scratched in transit (but the end caps don't show the way I installed the curtain, so that's ok with me); and 2) because I needed the rod to have curtains hang in front of existing window blinds which meant I needed to have the rod about 2 inches further from the wall than the brackets would allow as-is, so I had to install wood blocks on the wall on either end of the window and then mount the brackets on top of those blocks. The installation would have been really easy if I didn't need to clear the window blinds that were already installed. I ordered a 2nd one of these to use in another room too. (FYI - I bought the sheer curtains and the back tab blackout curtains seen in my photos on Wayfair too).. P. California. Fri May 29 2026

This curtain rod/track system worked perfect. I ordered two each 96inch tracks for a larger patio window the need two tracks for the entire space. Wayfair was much cheaper than manufacturers site, and Wayfair had longer lengths than big box store that cuts them into smaller pieces. PRO: + Track is very rigid and maintains shape across big span + Painting and finish was perfect (white) + The glides are excellent, glide easily across large space + Ceiling mount was perfect, allow mounting very close/tight to ceiling. singe screw holds mount in-place, and allows easy removal. I didn't need wall mount, but the hardware was really good quality. CON: - No instructions on ceiling mount (had only instructions for wall mount) - No slice connector included.
