It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining.
