The attached ties keep the cushion securely tied to your favorite Adirondack chair, which also works well on a rocking chair. The Adirondack cushion is also circle tacked to eliminate bunching of filling for a perfectly comfortable seat. Lightly spot clean or hand washed with a mild detergent and cool water, and allow to air dry. It does not include a chair, or cushion only. They are smaller and nowhere as thick as they are in the picture . . I have an Adirondack chair that size that the picture suggest and the seat cushion is about 10 inches from the top of the chair and about 2 in thick. This is a well-made piece. The colors are true to the picture. I wish it was a little bigger for a better fit on my chair, but it does not come in a bigger size, and the larger cushions did not feature colors that fit with my living room.
