I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. Nobody can believe this isn’t a real rock. My neighbor was horrified that I was picking up this rock to place it and came running out of her house to help. Even my husband, who was extremely skeptical, admits it looks good. And it hides a water main shut off mechanism., which was smack dab in the middle of my newly planted heather bed. This is a rating for both the fountain and the great service. I've been looking at real rock water features for a while, always scared off by how much they weigh. I saw this and the positive ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. During the ordering process, I cheaped out and decided I could install it by myself. Little did I know my front yard was mostly rock. I started a chat on the Wayfair site, first with AI then quickly escalated to a real person and I was VERY happy to find out that I could add assembly after it had arrived. That was scheduled for two days later. The day before I called the installation services to make sure they knew it included digging a hole. A very friendly and helpful associate, Esther, put me on hold a few times to pull up the actual instructions and size hole required. She then confirmed that she had made them aware of the required digging. They arrived on time today and an hour later I had a working fountain that I couldn't be happier with - both looks and sound.
