I am very disappointed with the lack of information on replacing the filters on the ro ispring tankless 800 gpd. there is not one video anywhere that shows a step by step video of how to. RO600 is a next generation system. Accompanied with Modern Technology, it comes with a Smart Panel. When the system is turned on and filtered water is being distributed, the "ON" light flashes. When the system is in standby mode, this indicator remains on. The operating panel has a filter life monitor. When the filter change is required, the machine will beep and the white light will indicate good filter life, while the red light will represent bad filter life.

I’ve already had to demineralize the unit which takes time and water. To prevent this from happening so quickly I will try to make sure the waste water is emptied promptly after filtering. I’m leaving the canister empty most of the time. I’ve had some trouble getting the plastic water canister to ‘lock’ in place when full of water, finding I have to push down more than is intuitive. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
