My only drawback was the overall thickness was less substantial than I expected. That said, the appearance makes up for a lot. the pattern and color are beautiful, and it gives the room the exact look I was hoping for. Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. I was able to get this on sale for around $105, which I think is a great value. At the current ~$200 price point, I personally wouldn’t repurchase. The rug itself is very pretty — the colors are vibrant and give that vintage, high-end look. It’s a printed, low-pile rug, so don’t expect it to be soft or plush underfoot. It lays fairly flat, but you’ll definitely want a rug pad or some heavier furniture on it to keep it from sliding around. Nice, thin profile, which is great if you have a door that needs to swing freely over it. Pretty pattern with hints of blue-works perfectly with my dark blue walls and light hardwood floors.
