Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Be sure to measure carefully before purchasing. Despite the minor dent and handle assembly issue, I am very pleased with the refrigerator's performance and would recommend it.. Chynell. Norfolk, VA. Although I like it, it is not any different than any other faucet we have put in. It still gets clogged every few weeks and it has to be cleaned out, but the inner-locking feature is handy. And yes, we have a water softener.. Renee. Stow, OH. Sun Feb 22 2026
