The Riverstone line of shade cloths is designed to be an easy-to-use, shade-producing cloth that is UV stable and will last for several years in the hottest environments. All their woven shade cloths are proudly made from black woven polypropylene strands in the USA. Each shade cloth comes with brass grommets for securing the shade cloth. The grommets are placed approximately 2 feet apart around the perimeter of each shade cloth. The percentage listed indicates the amount of shade that is being provided. This also reflects how tightly woven the shade cloths are.

This covers a 16x12 pergola to each outside edge purlin with the use of bungee balls. It does pool small amounts of water after rain but does evaporate. Too much variety in colour and thickness My order of 20 tiles had two just plain grey with no pattern and 2 others that didn’t match well due to being in the red hue versus the earth tones Thickness varies from 14” to 12”.
