I've read reviews that say that the top can open when you carry it by the top handle. Obviously that would be a disaster with a cat in the parking lot of the vet. I’m honestly so happy with this playpen for frenchie babygirl. It’s super sturdy and firm (no wobbling or flimsiness), which makes me feel safe leaving her in there while I work. Really nice stand-alone pet barrier. I've got it arranged in a zig-zag pattern across my front window to keep my dogs from leaping against it when the mailman comes, and people have the nerve to walk past. It's working!
