This is a beautiful desk and very unique. It is incredibly sturdy. It provides a ton of work space without taking up a lot of space since you can tuck one part under the other. It requires minimal assembly. I wasn't impressed with the swivel part of this desk. For such a high quality desk, a wooden dowel holds the tops onto the base. I feel like there should have been more thought put into that. It swivels fine but the bottom desk section has scratches on it already from it rubbing together when you swivel it. The parts were surprisingly dusty, and it was in between layers within the box so it was definitely there before it was packaged. Not the end of the world, but it was a lot of pieces to wipe down as I assembled. It also seems like it wouldn't have cut into profits too much to put the screws in two separate bags so I didn't have to dump them all out to find the 10 small ones for the rotating base hardware. Also, the instructions were terrifying until I realized it was just the same thing over and over - then they felt redundant.
