This is a high-efficiency condensing indoor natural gas tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programming not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry-leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra-low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include a flame sensor, overheat cut-off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF (.96EF Canada), 180,000 BTU efficiency for the 10 GPM models, and 199,000 BTU efficiency for the 11 GPM models. I installed this unit in my 2/1 1960's condo replacing a 30gal water heater. What a great product! The install was easy i had to upgrade my breaker to a 60 from a 30 which meant upgrading the wiring gauge, which wasn't hard at all. I have hot water on demand now that never runs out! my 30 gal tank would only provide about a 5 min shower now its as long as i want. I have to fill my tub with free flow hot water at only half flow but to keep hot water but i figured as much from such a small unit. overall it was very much worth it to ditch the hot water storage tank and have hot water on demand for as along as in need it. If i were to try to heat a larger house with 2 or 3 baths I would suggest a larger unit but the product is GREAT!!. Nonya. FL. Wed Apr 10 2024

I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Included: controller and mounting hardware. Purchased separately: compatible spout, water supply line for G1/2 connection, and optional mixing valve for water that is not pre-mixed.

Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
