I installed this unit in my 2/1 1960's condo replacing a 30gal water heater. What a great product! The install was easy i had to upgrade my breaker to a 60 from a 30 which meant upgrading the wiring gauge, which wasn't hard at all. I have hot water on demand now that never runs out! my 30 gal tank would only provide about a 5 min shower now its as long as i want. I have to fill my tub with free flow hot water at only half flow but to keep hot water but i figured as much from such a small unit. overall it was very much worth it to ditch the hot water storage tank and have hot water on demand for as along as in need it. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
