I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Since they did not have another Rheem model in stock, I had to source one elsewhere to utilize the proprietary exhaust this manufacturer uses. Excellent product. We have a 4 bathroom house and all use hot water for dishwasher and laundry. The water heater is great, quick to deliver hot water and is working great. Really like the product. My hot water heater quit on me and I needed a thermostat but everyone I reached out to said that don't make that model any longer. So I researched new water heaters and this one works for me.
