I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. Find a way to do pre-soaking of laundry with Lysol germs & Covid 19 killer with quick rinse & spin function (wish it was there “pre-soak”) Just load the laundry in, put some Lysol disinfectant directly to the drum on the top of a load & let the machine feel with water, once it’s full just press the pause button & hold on for 20 minutes. Needs 15+ minutes to disinfect. Then press the start button again & let the machine finish it (rinse & drain) After this you can select your regular wash cycle to wash these items. Basket is solid unpainted stainless steel so nothing to peel off. The agitator is dual function with softener cup on the top of it. Not advisable to use softener instead using Lysol disinfectant is better, more practical & healthier. There is separate spot for bleach in the lower left corner of the machine. That’s about it. Hope this helps. With light laundries this machine will last probably 20+ years if treated & cared for right. How to level the machine? Easy, only the front 2 legs need to be adjusted to your needs (best to screw them all the way to the frame) & the back legs will adjust & lock automatically after the machine is tilted forward 4-6” & lowered back to the floor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for the past 6 months and has been a major upgrade from an expensive "other brand" we had many issues with. The cloth are cleaner which I would not believed if it wasn't for seeing it with my own eyes.
