I have used these on every carpet in the house. I have wood floors, and its difficult to keep the carpets from sliding. Each corner I have placed these carpet stickers, and now my carpets stay in place. They are extremely sticky and even work on my outdoor carpets. When I saw these, I thought of my door brackets. The replacements I used were not black, and it doesn't look very nice. These are beautiful, solid black.
