The lock itself is heavy and sturdy, the finish is beautiful and it was well packaged with 2 keys. These door knobs are solid and sturdy and worth the extra penny. For some other doors, I tried to save a few bucks and ordered cheaper doorknobs that look the same (but not Emtek brand) and now those knobs literally don’t work. The knob turns and the latch doesn’t move. My guests get trapped in the bathroom! It is ridiculous. So years later I am back to buy a bunch of these $$ Emtek ones to replace the cheaper versions..
