The rug is beautiful. Wayfair was very helpful but FedEx delivery not bad but not good. When you sign up for notifications from FedEx delivery , you may have to wait all day. I called to tell them where to put my orders but it's an automatic machine and delivery was left in front of my door where anyone could have grabbed it. This is a very nice, rich-looking rug for a great price. It came rolled up and I was worried about it laying flat, but I put a few shoes along the short edges and it was fine after just a couple of days. Getting lots of compliments from company. Due to it being packaged in a rolled up state, the edges take time to settle into a flat position but in using Gorilla glue double-sided rug strips that was addressed easily.
