Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. This took about 3 hours to set up with two adults and a kid grabbing parts. Easier if you have a drill with a screw head and a hex head. If you follow the directions slowly and make sure you align parts as you go perfect it turns out great. The only hard part was getting the final back covers on was on the carpet and would have been easier. The balls are pretty lightweight and they will fly around if the kids roll them too hard.
