Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. These are great corn hole boards. I love that there was no assembly and they seem not cheap. However, the bean has seem to impact the boards a lot. It could be that since it’s winter and we have them set up in the basement for now, and they’re not outside in the dirty, they’re less solid on the floor.
