Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. When shipment arrived, one of the sides of the board was damaged. A new one was shipped to us after providing picture of the damage. Once they new shipment arrived, the delivery personnel unwrapped it to ensure it was not damaged. No extra cost for us besides a slightly longer wait time.
